Taylor (Martz) Paffett is the owner of Vibe Thrive Travel. After experiencing the magic of her own destination wedding in 2019, she fell in love with the entire journey of saying “I do” in paradise. Inspired by her passion for creating unforgettable moments, Taylor left her career in medical sales to pursue her dream of helping couples plan their perfect destination weddings.

In 2021, Calli and her husband chose to say “I do” in the beautiful Riviera Maya, Mexico, and the experience was nothing short of life-changing. From the seamless travel coordination to the intimate, once-in-a-lifetime celebration, Calli decided to pivot careers from tech sales to destination weddings and joined forces with Taylor to help other amazing couples.

The first thing to do when planning a destination wedding is connecting with a travel agent. Taylor Martz at VibeThriveTravel was amazing beyond words. Before committing to Azul Beach Resort, she helped us source information from various resorts about room blocks, wedding comps, etc. Once booked, her team made the process of getting 62 people to Jamaica easy. She was in contact with the resort, got our guests premium rooms, worked out a room block contract, and handled all reservations. GOD SENT. Not to mention, she has the most incredible personality and is so easy to talk to. No question is a stupid question and she works around the clock. You can dodge all questions from guests and send them to her to answer! My guests only had amazing things to say about their communication with Taylor and her team. I literally felt like I was planning with a long lost friend. Could not recommend more!!
