Please join us Saturday December 12th, 2026 as we celebrate our wedding at El Dorado Casitas Royale.
Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience where your meals and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us!
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Vibe Thrive Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
To take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guest must have their hotel reservations made by May 1st, 2026 and be paid in full by July 25th, 2026.
We are currently holding rooms with group pricing from December 9th- 14th 2026, however, you may book any dates you wish through the website.
Please Note: When booking your reservation, there is a 3 night minimum stay required at the resort. This is an 18+ Adult Only Resort.
You may also use this site to book your transportation to and from the resort/airport. All flights should be purchased separately with your airline of choice.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm. Guests arriving earlier than 3pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. Make sure to pack your bathing suit! The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 12pm.

From horseback riding, catamarans, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer. It's best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.
You can plan to make the most of your trip by pre-purchasing any excursions you want to do so that when you arrive for your vacation, you wont have to worry about what tours are already sold out.

We love your little ones!! However, due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding weekend an adults only event. El Dorado Casitas Royale is an 18+ adults only resort.
In order to attend our wedding, you must book through our room block at El Dorado Royale Casitas. Please use our link under "travel" to book with our travel agent. This ensures that you have a room in our room block, with group pricing, and allows you attendance to the wedding!
Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip.

YES! Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months.
Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
Yes, when you make your reservation using the booking form, you will see the option to add on transportation included in the cost. We will need your flight information 60 days before travel.
We are unable to book air travel but suggest using Google Flights to track the best prices. Please reach out for any questions if you need assistance.
Absolutely! The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers a few bucks if you are experiencing good service.
